Wonderful shot! It's so sharp and clear, and the background really sets off the beautiful Fuschia. Excellent photo!

These Fuschia are just lovely and you've focused very well on them, Ruby. Just me now - I would enjoy seeing something with the same blurred hues on the right as is on the left in this one (like your raspberry). - Patty

This plant really intrigues me in it's design. I think it is one neat plant. i don't know where they grow. Never seen any around here. Pretty capture.

They grow up here in NE and I have a couple on the back deck that I've been babying along all summer. They are so beautiful, and there are many varieties of them around. I've been trying so hard to get a good shot of these beauties all season long, but haven't been able to get anything I'd want to post on here, but Ruby, my hat's off to you on this beautiful capture. You've composed them perfectly, and that's one of the hardest things to do with these elusive flowers. The variety you have taken here, I've only seen a few times, but I'm sure it's not easy to capture these either...you certainly make it look easy...beautiful color and splendid clarity makes this one of my.... and into my... faves ..thanks :)PJ

Thanks everyone for all the great comments .... I appreciate it .... Pat these guys are generally seen in hanging baskets here in Ontario ..However in one of the gardens here in Belleville there are bushes of them.. Like PJ said there are many varieties of them ...

That is a lovely fuschia. I haven't seen one with white petals before. Great shot too!

Very pretty flower Ruby. You've done an excellent job of capturing the softness of them.

This is a great post, Ruby. Fuschia is a favorite of mine although I do not believe I've ever seen this particular variety. It almost reaches out for one's gentle touch. The softened sharpness - if that's possible - and delicate colors contribute to make this an outstanding compostion. Thanks, Ruby...............Neil
