Nice establishment here, composition is perfect.
The colors are a bit.. too even, I think with a little more saturation, or brightness this could really be improved.
Great sharpness added to the composition makes this one a great desktop bg for any true Texan.

This is a nice wallpaper. I love the use of the different colored chiles and the brown grass to get a little bit more color contrast out of the image. The grass adds both atmosphere and color. Your placement of the star in the frame worked well too. It balances the chiles in the frame.

A lot of antique charm came out in this one. Love that worn plaque and the objects add great color, accent and dimension.
