This is the Male Bald Eagle above the nest,He is somewhat smaller than his mate,But still a big bird. I did not want to get too close.

I think that must be the next below and to the left. I don't know if this would make a more interesting picture if you sacrificed distance for a step backwards and to the left in order to include the fledgings. But, of course, if they are eggs at this point, then there would be no point. Or maybe the angle wouldn't work. Nice proud picture...very close and very clear. I think your should be commended for getting such a closeup and still maintaining quality!

I love how you got the bird in such a majestic pose! It might of been good to get the nest as well though... Altogether, it's a terrific picture! Did you get any other pictures? For example, a close-up profile of the head? If you got any other good ones I would love to see them!
