I'm sure this will help make Cat's birthday that bit brighter and happier. It's certainly a cheerful looking image - and a bit wild, too, so be careful...

It reminds me of jellyfish, actually. Maybe a red and yellow jellyfish party. That would explain the twirling and dancing, as well as the high concentration of jellyfish on the dance floor...
