Though still a bit dark, you can see a lot more of the great detail. Especially if you full view .... so Full View !!!! LOL

What I did.

1.) I opened up Photofiltre & first thing I hit Filter > Color > Revive Colors. It's basically satuarates your colors quick & dirty, I like it & if I need to do it more I can do that using the Adjust tab.

But it gives your colors a life & a brightness that starts you off nicely.

2.) Okay, now I hit the Adjust tab & went to Gamma correct & took the level from 1.00 to 1.40. I went higher but ran into the problem of the "hot spot" in the middle so I backed it down again.

3.) I did hit the Add Highlights in the Adjust tab but I faded it back a little because of the hot spot which turned into a problem. I was able to bring the background into focus but everything I did also brightened up the foreground too much so in the end I had to compromise.

Sometimes in Apophysis this happens with the best of the flames & you just work around them which is what I did.

4.) Still in the Adjust tab I went & saturated it 9%, not too much I know, just enough to liven up the colors some more.

But... *big grin * because I just can't resist playing with color..... I went & switched colors on Ian.

I swapped his RGB - GRB & made his pretty teal blue base color a purple blue base color. Which I am here to tell you Ian is NOT happy with me about & so I'm apologizing again.

I'm so sorry Ian hon !! *big hugs !!*

But he graciously allowed me to post this anyway.

As you can see, minor post work & Ian's already gorgeous flame is a little more visible.

Thanks again Ian for letting me play with it !!

*hug*
