First thing I've done in almost a year because for a variety of reasons personal & otherwise, I haven't even felt like opening any fractal program & it's been a struggle to even look at my computer.

Be that as it may, here's the first fractal I've felt like scratching off Apophysis or anything else. And I apologize for imposing such a crappy fractal on you all, not one of my best in my opinion.

And no problems about criticism at all, I'm well aware of it's deficiencies.

So....here you go.:o)

Alright young lady why is this soooo small? Other than that you just picked up where you left off, producing awesome fracs!! I love the flow of this and such simple coloring it is awesome. Thank You for sharing it. Dont ever cut yourself short again.....By the way Welcome Back!! I hope all is good now...

Looks organic.

Almost.. skeletal. X-ray -like.

I like it. :o)

p.s. Sorry to hear of your woes, Lauren. Now git back up on that Apophyisian horse. 'Tis doctors orders.

... ...

... ...

Right, almost forgot ... here..

(*hands Lauren a prescription for these*)

Take two in the morning as prescribed. Two more, at night ... if necessary.

Deficiencies?
They must have run away before I opened this.
I like it very much - lots to decipher in this and I guess each viewer will see something different. For me it is slightly haunting.

Hope to see many more of your creations Lauren - soon!!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . Makes me think of the predator creature! lol Fascinating lighting. I like the minimal colors and flow.

I totally relate to the ebb and flow of creativity. Seems like life sometimes steps in and drains us. Clear blue skies depress me, lol. So I often have to remind myself to look for patience until inspirations return.

I like those great sweeping wings; you do feel there's a mythical creature in there. I'm sorry to hear your inspiraton and creativity has been in the doldums; it's depressing when that happens! I hope that you are soon up and running, with the wind in your sails.

this is really beautiful, kinda reminds me of alien the movie in a way but so graphically beautiful, i have tried fractual programs myself but never seem to be able to create anything like this.
