That is awesome. You're right, it does have an eerie feeling to it. Especially with those water marks, it just makes it look as if the entire building is running like a wet painting. Great job! Keep it up!

The picture is good without the manipulation, which does not add anything to it in my opinion. I might have cropped the left side a little as it is not in keeping with the rest of the windows.
