Don't be embarassed! The picture appeared on my camera after a fraternity party. I conveniently don't remember when or where I took the picture or even if I did... beer erased my mind in those days.
The silvery bullet shaped things are compressed gas along with an adapter and a red balloon. I'm not sure what the scissors were for, but the owner may have been making balloon animals...

I just happened to come up on this pic and knew right away what they are. They are sometimes called whippits used for making whip cream. But these where used for nitrous oxide sucked from a balloon LOL. Fun stuff at a party.
