Rather poor quality, and personally I see no reason to glorify anyone that defaces public or private property.

I agree with you BarnArt and it is not because you put the Watercolor filter from Photoshop on it, make it better

Very cool. I like the graininess of the image...its adds to the overall rough feel of it. And contrary to what some people may think, not all graffiti is defacement of public property. I know of many buliding in downtown San Antonio that actually have professional had graffiti art done to the sides of the building. It's just another form of art.

Sweet set up, I like how its darkest on the upper left corner and lightest on the bottom right, good balance.

Very good picture. The texture effect you used brings out the best in this image. It deserves a much higher rating than it has(I hate C-index.)
