This was taken the same day I took Male Cardinal. She flew to almost the same spot her mate had been on just a few minutes earlier.

Good capture, Linda. I like the bark of the tree as a backgrund. The branch running running thru this composition at a diagonal breaks up the horizontal elements of this photo. The bird is soft and delicate. She sits in majesty. Nice work.
