I shot this at Gates Pass when I traveled through Tuscon AZ. With a picnic in hand I followed a trail around the side of the mountain, climbed up the cliff and nestled in on a comfortable rock to watch the evening show. It was the most beautiful sunset I've ever witnessed. I didn't enhance the colors at all. I only blacked out a couple of shiny ponds at the bottom

This is absolutely beautiful and isn't it great to be able to still sit and enjoy something like this? I hope our ability to do that never disappears, but if it does we'll all have fond memories..thanks for sharing yours :)

I live on the other side of the mountain from Gates Pass. Glad you got a first hand experience of this beautiful area. Nice capture of this gorgous sunset!
