Hi Lily, for me the background being out of focus is a deficit as there is a lot happening back there that drags at my eye but it's not actually rewarding when I do look at it. Everything else here I like, the bottom two thirds is sharp, plenty of rich colour and nicely frozen water. Maybe cropping to off centre the image a bit more and reduce the impact of the background in the process would enhance things, then again even though I generally don't like square compositions the drama of those two rocks bisecting the image is kinda powerful.
