The colors in the sky are delicious...they are so peachy hued toward the top of the upload and then gradually spread down to that soft grey/blue that sets off the nicely subdued setting sun. The sky seems to melt into the water with its dark shade of gunmetal grey that works its way to the beach at last cresting in a pretty pastel blue wave. I like the dark foreground of the sand on the beach because it doesn't detract from the most interesting and appealing part of your composition, and speaking of composition, the way you've placed the empty lifeguard tower just to the right of the sun with the lone bird up to the left creates a mood semi-lonely and melancholy as we watch the setting sun. Crisp clarity in a low-light setting...Lovely job :)PJ

Woah this is so Baywatch!! I love the way the colours are so beautiful. I think that maybe you could do with increasing the contrast a little but having said that it might make the sun too bright. I just love everything about this photo. The beautiful sun and the hut and that bird just really makes it too. Did you wait for the bird or was it just a lucky coincidence?? Fanatstic pic :)

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom i trust". Psalm 91: 1 and 2
