I took this picture from the window of the hotel I was staying at in Baguio City, Philippines. I added blur effects to emphasize the lights, and put some frame effects as well.

I like the idea behind this shot and the shot itself. If I may suggest something, I think the blur effect would have much more impact if the center subject was crisp and sharp. Just my opinion. Nice job all the same :)
