Textures always make for interesting subjects. I like your idea here. I think moving in a bit closer and reducing the bright area may help to enhance the visual and graphical quality. BTW welcome to Caedes.

a lovely basket and potentially a very nice image if the composition were a little different. There seems to be dead space off to the right and I would love to see the whole basket. Overall I still enjoy the picture, however.
