Cromwell, Connecticut, USA. Freezing rain the day before left ice coated branches for the morning sun. This photo was taken from my porch. Enjoy!

I don't mind ice coated trees, but I hate it when my truck is ice coated. I love the sun shining through the trees in this, Thad. A beautiful winter scene.

You used the sun so perfectly to define your photo, Thad. Excellent composition and presentation.

Beautiful snowy woods scene, we've never had here in İzmir. The shining sun through trees are very nice. Nice winter photo, Thad.

I see the crystal reflections in those tree tops from the glazing - good catch.

The reason why the sunsets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

A lovely winter scene Thad. I like the lighting in the photo and the way it reflects off the icy branches of the trees. Good work on this image.

This is some fine view to have..The sunlight shows the ice on the trees quite well and the shadow play on the snow makes this a great winter scene , Fine photo..

The ice-coated trees and early morning sun make a beautiful winter morning, which you've captured so well in this photo. The trees seem to glow in that marvelous light. Great shot, Thad!
