Juneau, Alaska, USA. Shortly after heading out on the whale watch, we came across this mother and her baby cruising. Momma had just breathed and was diving again. Her spout is visible above her arching hump. The mountain backdrop had this pleasant blue tone. Enjoy!

Thad my friend you had the trip of a lifetime. Had I seen this I would have been so excited I would have forgotten to take the picture.

When people are talking about pristine or unspoilt nature they have mostly woods and/or mountains in mind. But to me, this is unspoilt nature as well. Hope that people will agree with me.
