Vancouver, BC, Canada. I don't know what kind of plant this is, but, it is huge - standing over eight feet high, with leaves three to four feet across. Enjoy!

Thought at first sight that it was a species of the Giant Hogweed, but see now that Bob is right It's a Gunnera Manicata, known as Giant Rhubarb indeed.

Fine and impressive post Thad.

Regards, Cornelius.

Wow - this is even bigger than the variety we found up in the mountains on Kauai - I took a picture of my husband next to it just to prove to people how enormous the plant and leaves were. Really nice one Thad.

Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun

I think your title does the leaves size justice. A nice capture and composition, Thad. Nice details and colours in the shot.
