La Jolla, California, USA. The La Jolla coastline, as seen from the Children's Pool Beach overlook. Because of the seals, I couldn't get onto the beach - this perspective will have to do.

Striking landscape - somehow in some ways it reminds of New England (minus the seals of course).

Thad, I've said jokingly in my comment on your previous post that the seals have a hectic and stressful life. See now that, probably in order to recover from the fatigue, you weren't allowed to go on the beach. I like to say however that you've chosen a perfect alternative vantage point, as the result is great, my friend!
