A tulip I bought a few days ago. It opened, and I discovered it had heart-shaped spots on the inner petals. Lovely!

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round?? Picture Purrrfect .
Pretty flower with nice colors but I think the slight off focus detracts from the picture as does the background!

Thanks for the advice and the constructive criticisms, I'm working on taking better photos. It's a new camera, I'm still working out the details, but the flower was just so gorgeous I had to snap the pic before it was gone!
