When you think!...not many of these ever 'broke-down'...not like all this modern stuff.....Nice one from you Terri
Your photo has a great sense of vintage and nostalgia of a now dormant time. It is a wonderful reminder of how technology has advanced in a relatively short period of time.

Antiquity! These things remind me of the Mel Gibson movie, "The Year of Living Dangerously". Maybe it's the fan. Bob's right, this stuff hardly ever broke down because it wasn't made of plastic! Nice shot, Terri!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

This brings back memories Terri! My Dad used to repair these types of calculators for a living! Seems like we always had one or two around the house! Now days you can fit a machine that does a hundred times what that one did in your shirt pocket! But not near the character! Nice nostalgic look my friend.

I just love this capture Terri. You have the era down pat with the frosted glass in the windows. My family has several of these old calculators they just won't part with. I must show this to my Mom- I'm sure it will bring a smile to her face.
An interesting shot Terri! I love the composition of this. The white paint on the window frames adds just the right amount of brightness to this photo.
