This is stunning. The colours are beautiful, the design is fabulous. Rich, saturated hues colouring a intricately detailed but broadly sweeping design. It looks to me like an aerial view of some fantastic alien city - or perhaps a mythical city. The central "square" is a cross-shaped garden, connecting with similarly shaped open spaces on all sides and surrounded by tiered multi-level buildings. Gorgeous.
