You run the risk of infringement when something is posted on any public domain. It's too bad people are so lazy that they can't take their own pictures or design their own work! Regarding the image, I'm shocked that, with your deranged sense of humor, that you didn't photoshop a sign with "Insert Hand Here" at the top. :)
