Hi friends.... This photo was taken at early morning and again in the evening...On both occasions...the tree looked very much the same...a rather strange conclusion to arrive at...but nonetheless... This version is the late evening...my choice...which I preferred...seemed to have a softer.... more mellow...and yet more radiant appearance....I thought...what do you think? No bets now!! Please enjoy and thank you..... Marilyn

Very nice Marilyn! I love the glow in the yellow leaves! They both must look great if the second looks as good as this one! C):-)

Looks like you are enjoying a lovely, colorful Fall and have preserved its beauty in your images. Very nice capture. I love it.

Hey there Marilyn! I love early evening, I think it's by far the best time of the day. There is a certain peace that kind of flows over everything. What I like most about your photo is the way the tree looks dark as a silhouette. It brings about such a most lovely contrast to the gold and yellows of the leaves. I think you did a wonderful job with this shot..thanx a lot..verena

I love this time of day as well. I have shot trees in the morning, but there's something extra special about the golden glow of the sun in evening, especially this time of the year. Perhaps I don't see it in the morning, because my eyes are half shut!!

Radiant colors and the dark trunk and branches are the perfect foil for the hues here.

No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
