Hi folks... Now...don't these little guys 'really' know how to relax and enjoy the season... It appears as though they are engaged in 'solemn reflection? My dear friend Bob...framed this image for me... with his tasteful choice...well suited for this photo...perfect...he also perked it up some...I like it much better...and I thank you Bob...for your time given to help me...it is so appreciated...as I am sure you are aware...;o) I do think that the poor little 'fella'on the right needs to see an orthopedic surgeon...don't you? The poor little guy!! Please enjoy...and thank you....Marilyn Please view in full screen...;o)

This is a great capture! I bet they are thinking as hard as their little brains can stand. "To take the leap, or to not take the leap. That is the question!"

What a beauty of a shot - poor fella with the wonky leg - and only one brave enough to sit himself down on the cold ice lol

Beautifully captured! And an excellent composition - I love the way the geese in the top right are facing the other way, it adds to the liveliness of the shot.

Hello Marilyn....I must say this is a lovely wildlife picture you have posted....Marilyn, as you know birds are naturally cautious and however much you may come to think of those which frequent your garden or surrounding area remain wild and their survival depends on their constant vigilance.... Bearing this in mind makes taking that great photo like this much easier, if only because it makes you much quicker to take your chances with the camera when they present themselves...A wonderful capture and I encourage you to go out and photograph more of natures wildlife....Well done Marilyn....All the best....Mick.

Marilyn, I thought this was a painting! Such a well composed clear shot. I think that one lil fella is bowlegged :) The ice, snow and surroundings are well shown. You and Bob make a great team! Thanks for this fantastic view of nature, my flower lady :)

Saw this on the front page, Marilyn, and had to come in for a closer look! It's so cold, it looks like none of them want to test the waters, LOL. A really fine winter shot!

I love Canada Geese Marilyn, & I saw this on the front page.
What a great group photograph. :o) That ice ring round the narrow tree trunk is intriguing, lets hope these birds have enough to eat, & don't get too cold.
Great picture
