This is the last shot taken with my 2 month old 75-300 lense! Monday I went to take some water shots (new project) removed my zoom and put in my inside pocket. went further downstream and stood in middle of beck with camera on tripod. Bent over to adjust legs and SPLOSH!!! GUTTED!

Oh nooooooooo!! What a loss! This reminds me of a painting done by Monet....of a bridge, with waterlilies below. A most lovely photo you did, and it's awful about your losing your lens. Guess you'll always appreciate this spot and photo. Verena

i once fell in the ocean with my first canon 60d and a 28-135 lens. oddly enough the lens and battery survived. the camera didn't. your image is lovely. your composition with the green verticals to the left is excellent.
