Some of the travines in Pamukkale which are so beautiful and very warm 36 degrees, these are said to be very good for lots of ailments and contain lots of natural chemicals. The calcium is one of which make the white rock. This is one of many shots I took but I will only upload one more maybe so as not to bore you. Hope you enjoy this one. Any comments welcome! These have such eerie beauty...the turquoise water, the strange formations. I had not heard of this place until some time last year, and I think it is fascinating. I will not be bored if you choose to upload more than just one more pic! :)

Wonderful photo of the Pamukkale Travines! What a lovely shade of blue against the white rock. I was there in March of 2006 on a cold day so the warm water was nice on the feet. I have photo's but none of mine turned out as nice as yours

Good work Mark!

Excellent composition, nice clear details, and I'm guessing you took great pains with your metering/post editing. Looks like a winner to me..

Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.
