You certainly have a way of framing the most beautiful seaside shots, Rebecca. It's one thing to be able to notice and appreciate it, it's quite another to be able to photograph it well enough for others to enjoy, as you do! I can see and hear the ocean... cheers, Quiet

Thanks so much for your comments! I must ask though, does the sun glare in the bottom left detract from the photo or does it add a sort of ambience? I personally like it but I can also see how it could be distracting.

I usually do not like to comment on the quality because I am an amateur. I do not feel I have earned the right to comment. However, since you are asking, at first, it was distracting but with the beauty of the rest of the photo, the distraction goes away. I honestly did not know it was glare. I thought it could be near a shallow rock shelf where you were standing. I live on the Big Island of Hawaii in Kau. You will often see a shallow rock formation or ledge drop straight into the deep ocean. At different angles, the sunlight will make the rock formation or ledge stand out against the deep blue ocean. I love the photo and agree with all the other comments. Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts.
