I will admit to a long history of cleaning fish with my grandfather that I never did quite get used to.
Always loved the end result with potato flake encrusted fillets fried in oil to a crispy brown.
A good reminder of where our food comes from and the respect we owe mother nature for providing us with such tasty morsels.

I like my fish without heads/tails and covered in breadcrumbs, so it doesn't remind me of a fish. But this is a real wake up call...excellent detail, and a great artistic eye to create the image in the way it is presented...round yours for tea later...Jacquie
I kinda like this. Takes one out of the shops and into nature.. where it all begins! Lovely colours, but would have prefered it without the knives. Still think you did good on this one. And gutsy to post it. Thanks
