"The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place; from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider’s web." Pablo Picasso
"I see that train a comin', comin' round the bend...." Must have been twilight when you took this, Steven? There is just something awesome about a train, whether it's a toy train or a real train like this wonderful line of engines and boxcars. You really have to view this full screen to appreciate the lighting. Nice composition.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Really a very good capture from the lights on the train to the reflections in its windows and the grain elevator in the background. Great job! Mr Steven.

To quote a cheesy movie, "You had me at hello".
The romance of trains is almost universal. They reunite loved ones and can transport you away from a mundane life to one of adventure; at a pace perfect for reflection.
did you rescue any damsels in distress from in front of the train? :-) nice to see you home again, did you go for a trip on that train? a cool shot and nice perspective my friend.
This has a WOW factor of at least 10, Steven! And I don't often say that word. Superb perspective and composition... you can really get an idea of how humongous those engines are. This one really grabs me. A fave for sure.
