So far, Mike, you are photographing all the birds I see around my feeder through most of the Fall and Winter... Jays, chickadees, wrens, finches. I also get a lot of Mourning Doves... in case you have any hanging around below your feeder to scarf up whatever is dropped. :)

-ve: Is your subject off centre - perhaps a minor tweak to the cropping?
+ve: Nice little chap, perched on a branch. The bird has character, with your interesting use of peripheral blurring to focus on your subject.

I think you did a good job of photographing the little guy. Good color and clarity as well as good coposition.
