i was taking pics on my back porch and this guy flew up and perched about 10 yards from me.

If you have a garden please feed the birds this freezing winter, & supply drinking water not ice, it's so important. . . . Help dwindling bird numbers survive.

i found out that this is not a goshawk, but a juvenile sharp shinned hawk. just wanted to make the correction.
