I am not an artist,just a photograper,I capture what I see
Nice attempt. Many of the the fundamentals are right on;
composition, blurred background, etc. Focus has been
mentioned, but another tip that would improve your shot is
light. Notice that the front of the bird is lit up while
the back is not. If you waited for the bird to turn its head
to the right, the whole left side of its head would be lit up including the birds left eye.
