I couldn't resist posting this one of my son, Josh. He loves to sit in the sunshine and as you can probably see, he also likes to lick the glass door along side of him. He is very hard to get a good picture of him because most of the time he's constantly moving. He relaxes in the sunshine. Josh is 10 years old and is the sweetest kid you could ever meet. He hasn't learned to speak yet but he surely knows how to show us his love. Sorry, I just couldn't resist sharing him with you. I hope you like the photo.

It's a very lovely photo. I like the mixture of light and shadow and your son has a very expressive face. He is lucky to have such caring parents. I think it will be a very good contest entry.

Looks like a good entry for the "C" contest to me. Pretty nice shot, and I like the selective color on Josh's shirt. He licks the glass? Do you use a flavored Windex or something? LOL. Good luck in the contest. Oh yeah....cute kid.

The soft quality of the shot, both in focus and in that luminous quality the light has, really expresses your emotional connection to your son beautifully. Might not be a bad entry for the chiaroscuro contest, plenty of light and shadow going on in this portrait.
