I thought I would try a night shot from where we were staying. Had a little movement in the tripod because of the wind. Took this at a 30sec exposure. Comments are always welcomed and appreciated. Any tips would be good also.

I think it turned out very well. I like that green back light and the twinkling lights here and there.

Some eerie looking lighting on this one Mike. Nicely captured.

And another beautiful shot with interesting and unusual sky. I like it. Thanks, Mike.

I have never tried a night shot as of yet. This has an interesting look to it. The first thing I thought of, was that it was a scene over Bethlehem, and the area lit up was the stable where Jesus was born. All you need is the star in the shy with a beam of light highlighting that area. I'm weird, huh?

Night shots are such fun. I'm not good at them yet, but I keep trying, and I love that you tried too. I love the little touches of light here and there. I like how this turned into that sort of greenish auro. That's like my snow scene at night that turned kind of orangey...It's fun, keep doing it, I like it. V

It reminds me of ET's landing sight.
