Well, I'm taking a long shot on this one in the contest for the Blue Hour. This is the Louisiana State Capital during the blue hour. A little rough around the edges but my contribution none the less. One thing is for sure, even if I did a lot of post work on this it was without a doubt taken during the blue hour. Hope you like it.
