I love barns, no matter what condition they are in. I found this one in upstate New York on my recent holiday. She's all wood and crumbling to earth, ever so slowly. Thanks for looking and leaving a comment.

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. The Earth claims another poacher Gibbs. The pigeons in the cupola will be the last to go.

So much character that is slowly giving way to the earth, a marvelous post. It looks like it was a grand looking barn in it's hey day. Your capture of it is very good, nicely natural color, and well composed. Tigs♥ =^..^=

To me a 'sinking and struggling ship in agony' Doug. Sorry for my comparison, but as retired seaman this got in my mind. Loads of character is this very good image my friend!

Regards, Cornelius.

Doug - Too many barns are facing this fate. Your capture of this one may be its final memory. Thad

A good capture of the old barn, Doug. A nice state of disrepair in the buildings.
