This small bar is located 2100 meters (6,800 feet) up in the Italian Dolomite's, near Ortisei. It offers refuge to hikers in the summer and skiers in the winter. A cold beer in the summer or a nice Vin Brule (also known as Glhwein in German) will warm frozen visitors. Needless to say, there is quite a view. Thank you for looking and leaving a comment.

I would imagine there is a lovely view Doug - and sometimes I would guess the outdoors seats are in the clouds. A very nice shot with the cute building and the clouds.

I can imagine having both the beer and the glhwein there but the problem will be to get up there. Nice capture of this hikers' refuge in the clouds Doug. Quite interesting.

What a quaint looking oasis Gibbs. The clouds looks like a wave that is about to crash down on the pub. I suspect Noah is the only one that saw a wave that high. :)
Love it.

---Needless to say, there is quite a view--

That's right Doug. When combined with an 'Apres-ski' with a warm Glhwein, it will warm the heart and increases the atmosphere.

Wonderful capture my friend.
