This local government office in Venice, Italy was apparently defaced by disgruntled citizens. That, or something really bad occurred. We need to get SAM and SAAB on the job! Thanks for looking and leaving a comment.

Doug, not only Venice is plagued by vandals but almost everywhere. It is apparently the easiest way to express displeasure (if this exists in this case or other cases). Good registration of a nowadays phenomenon.

It looks like the court and offices were not doing much surveillance, Gibbs. I didn't know they did drive by shootings in a gondola.
I really like the textures and the splatters of red here and there.

This is a decease that seems to be spreading around the world in the UK the strip the lead of churches and remove any metal monument just for a bit of cash..Is a shame you can not clean up like we can photo's .But saying that I love the colours and yes it does have the look of a crime scene and you captured the detail perfectly with nice light and composition to..Is that a Mobile Phone I see in the bottom left hand corner of the window right of the brown door get Sam on this Doug ,could be a clue .

I love the color balance in this Doug - almost monotone and then the splashes of color in the docking posts and vandalization.

SAM is definitely the one for the job, along with her trusty sidekick, SAAB. I am sure she won't contaminate the crime scene, and will come away with all the evidence she needs to solve the mystery. Excellent shot, Doug.
