Don't forget to buy some flowers for that special someone on Valentine's Day. Street photography in Zagreb, Croatia. One for LE'S B/W Challenge. Thanks for looking and leaving a comment. Just a note: Friday I depart for three weeks back home in the USA. I'll be checking in most days, but I may miss a few. All the best!

I don't need flowers for wor-lass.....after nearly 50 years of pure bliss...we 'stuck' for life! .. ☺

Good mono tones on this which brings out the details...and a beauty for LE's challenge!.....

Doug - Very effective b/w work. The flowers and face are the focal points as a result of the strong contrast.

The detail and tones in tis are superb. Even in b/w the scent of those daffodils is overpowering !
A fine entry for the challenge Doug - thank you.

You are returning home for three weeks....I wish I were coming to Italy for three weeks. Spending three days there in 1995 was definitely not enough! Fantastic black and white shot of the foofy vendor, Doug.

Doug, I think to see by the expression on her face, that this lady is a good hearted woman. If I would have been there, I had bought all her flowers, lol.
Very good entry for the B&W challenge.

Have a good stay in the USA my friend!

Fabulous capture and contrast, excellent b/w - well I didn't get flowers but I got some fabulous French Champagne, yummy. Really do like this showing us the character, lighting & shadows on this man's face.

Hope you are enjoying being back on home ground, have fun and take lots of pictures.
