A look down one of the countless back roads in Venice. I added a touch of HDR that works well on the brick textures. As always, thank you for looking and leaving a comment.

---A look down one of the countless back roads in Venice---

Doug, very unique because this 'back road' isn't paved with cobblestones but reflections, lol.
Your treatment has turned out very well, enhancing the already wonderful atmosphere in Venice.
Would be a good entry for the contest. If you decide to do so, Good Luck with it, my friend!

As you know our backroads look a lot different than this Doug - really unique and beautifully done.

Super reflections and composition Gibbs. I feel like someone has pulled the plug and I'm being drawn down the canal.

I would really love to take time to explore Venice. There's so much history, and its very unique in so many ways. Great shot of this watery city.

This is a great image! Many details...the texture and color of the bricks, the water reflections...and wondering why the windows are barred when it would be so difficult to enter from the canal! lol This would be a super contest entry.
