But..yes, there's a but, a small one though...clone out the buoy and the bird and ship and this will be soooo good good...in my humble opinion...

Well done on working with the negative space, contrast could be a bit more, but it works for me the way it is, there's still a horizon to see. The softness is making this shot to what it is!

Very good picture. B&W does so well with a simple yet beautiful picture such as this. I agree with twinkel that it would be much better with those three other objects removed. If you don't have any software, I'd advise you to use GIMP. It's free and can be downloaded from online. With it, you could easily remove those objects.
