Great shot with the "picker" bird on his side. He may not have smiled at you but it looks as though he is enjoying the "picking"! well done!

Just as Ramad has said above ... A wonderful shot of a symbiotic relationship between bird and beast. Nice capture Marietha. If it's any consolation ... I'm winking at you ;o)

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

He has the look of a seasoned model..bored with exactly the right attitude..love his companion, and of course you did a great job with the whole composition, Marietha.

Outstanding shot, Marietha, although for me, the animal looks pensive rather than bored. I love the collection of hooves in the lower half of your image, which add depth to it and make a great background. Excellent!!

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
