The haze in the air sets a mood here. I can almost feel the humidity. Very subtle but interesting photo.

Small boats and boating activities can make for some great images - well done for spotting this opportunity. The boat in this shot is well positioned in the frame but unfortunately a bit too distant: as it is the focal point of the shot it would have been nice to see it rather closer. As the shoreline is long and narrow, a little cropping would help emphasize its qualities. I'd suggest cropping about the lowest one-fifth of the water and the top two-fifths of the sky. The shot would probably also benefit in general from a little tweaking in Photoshop to bring out the colours more vividly.
