This is a solar powered light that is in one of our flower beds. I liked how the orb was in focus and the flowers in the background were blurred. All comments are welcome and appreciated!

I'd like to have one of them lights, right next to the plastic pink flamingos in the front yard. LOL. Nice picture.

This is nice. Perhaps this is where you wanna switch to macro mood and get up-close 'n' personal with just the orb itself?? Kinda like my recent "Find The Artist" that you seen a couple days back...that's what that was, some kinda orby thang.

PS: When you're done with the orb keep it in macro mode and go for the flora beyond the orb!!

A NOTE TO ALL MY FRIENDS: I WILL BE COMMENTING LESS ON PEOPLE IN MY “FRIENDS” LIST SO AS TO MAKE TIME FOR VIEWING ALL “NEW IMAGES” AND ENCOURAGING OTHER PEOPLE OF WHOM I MAY NOT KNOW OR ARE NEW TO THE SITE. I WILL STILL VIEW EVERY IMAGE OF MY FRIENDS AND STILL COMMENT ON SOME IF I CAN GIVE A GOOD CRITIQUE OR MENTION WHAT I LIKE OR FEEL IS REALLY WORKIN’ WELL IN THE IMAGE. AS FAR AS MY IMAGES IF YOU HAVE A COMMENT ON HOW I CAN IMPROVE AN IMAGE I REALLY WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THAT SO AS TO LEARN AND BETTER MYSELF.

I like it. I see them all over the place and didn't know what they were called. My mother even has one. Good post Carissa.

I'll meet you at the edge of the sunlight, just behind the shadows. The Ghost

I really like the detail you got in that globe. I have tried to imagine it positioned on the right side of the picture with a black background and a soft light illuminating it softly on its left side. With you attention to detail and clarity, I would love to see what you would create.
