I'm left wondering if I should be looking for meaning in the photo. Has the person sat on the bank a million times before? I sense feelings of loneliness and sadness from the image.

This type of negative expression, though effective in eliciting emotion, is not what I look for in art. Well done, just not my cup of tea.

The water looks absolutly brilliant. The image itself though seems a bit plain. To me, the picture of person contrasts a bit too much with the lake.
