Marvelous John! I wonder how long you had to wait to catch him/her in this pose. Perhaps this is the same bird as in the last photo. He/She may have taken a liking to you. Equipped with GPS and orders not to drop "anything" on the White House or Capitol Hill.

This reminds me of the song "Wing Beneath My Wings". But, do you think he feels more secure now? He is such a variety of lovely colors and this is such a beautiful capture. A favorite!
