A Rare find in my front yard yesterday. I don't often see a Five-lined Skink. There's just thousands of Anoles, There everywhere. ==Panasonic DMC FZ18==

Wow ... what a find. Wonderful detail & I'm amazed how well the skink blends in with it's surroundings. I'm enjoying the grassy textures too. Fantastic capture Ed.

Every image of you is a big surprise Ed. You've have showed us almost a complete zoo (lol), from gators, to snakes, turtles, ibis', egrets and now even a special five lined, short legged, no neck, lizzard, called by you 'skink' (official name?).
Very interesting. Thanks for this wonderful post my friend.

I remember when the kids had a skinky. No, that was a slinky. Never mind. It looked like a dog anyway. Nice find Huck. It just looks like a lizard to me. I thought at first you had misspelled skunk. lol. Good post.

Now go to Tampa and take a picture of Mike and Mike doing their morning show for ESPN and post it for me.
