Their mess hall looks good Huck. I like the open doorway and the darkness inside. I hope there isn't a Seminole lurking in there. Nice post.

A beautiful log cabin ... would fit perfectly in my woods. Great angle & detail. I like the lighting, but notice the ramp is a little bit washed out from the sunlight. The trees make a wonderful background. Very nicely captured Ed.

Rustic is the operative word here... I can envision the men coming out after eating, hangin' around, leaning on the log structure, talking and picking their teeth and drinking coffee... well, maybe not, they were soldiers, they had posts to get back to...
