Yes! There all here! The whole Hopper family has taken over this 4' Crape Myrtle. There was Dennis Hopper, Hedda Hopper, Larry, Moe, and Curly Hopper. It looked like one hell of a family reunion going on in my yard. There had to be at least 50 of them buggers on that bush. My first thought was Ah! time to go fishin' with all that fresh bait. The water level had gotten so low from the drought it's not a good time to do any fishing. The only alternative i could come up with was that i was going to have to uthenize these guys. I won't go into the gorey details, but after wacking a few heads off. I thought it would be easier to just flick em off one at time and just stomp em to death. I know that once these little hoppers start showing up the giant hoppers with soon follow. I got my rifle ready and i'm sittin' outside waitin' on em. "COME GET SOME". Have a great weekend everone

Wow, Ed this is a fabulous close up of the Hopper Family. Such wonderful detail and clarity of these fellows. Funny story and you go for it with the shot gun, lol. The look really big

Great clarity on the hoppers (especially the one in front, probably Hedda). They have been chewing up the leaves already! Take your shots Ed (camera and gun) and get rid of them soon!

Holy mackeral there, Sapphire! You made these guys look so huge like they were from a sci-fi movie or something! lol I can see all their great detail, but I would probably be dismayed to see so many on my plants all at once. Maybe they were just stopping for the night on a journey somewhere. No doubt they were hopping mad when you tried to remove them. Excellent, but scary shot, dear Ed.

And they were such a nice Hopper family...then some giant comes a long and BAM!!!!! Great detail and presentation. Keep the images coming but the hoppers away.
